Resumen
He aquí un opúsculo sobre la Juventud Antoniana de Cehegín, que comprende el trienio de 1959-1961. En realidad, la Juventud Antoniana era un fruto más de los cosechados por la Orden Franciscana en el Santuario de la Virgen de las Maravillas, Madre y Patrona de Cehegín, e inspiradora de cuanto de bueno, verdadero y bello se haya realizado en estos contornos desde 1725. Sus frailes atendieron, desde entonces, la formación humana y cristiana de lo más prometedor de la sociedad, la juventud. Podría decirse que lo que hoy es Cehegín se debe en mucho a aquellos innumerables paisanos que militaron en la Juventud Antoniana. Yo mostraré tan sólo, e imaginariamente, la foto y el recuerdo de uno de sus más preclaros directores, que pronto veremos en los altares: el Padre Antonio Faúndez, mártir de la última gran persecución religiosa en España.

Abstract
Here is a booklet on the Antonian Youth of Cehegín, covering the three-year period 1959-1961. In reality, the Antonian Youth was one of the fruits harvested by the Franciscan Order in the Sanctuary of the Virgin of the Wonders, Mother and Patroness of Cehegín, and inspirer of all the good, true and beautiful things that have been done in these surroundings since 1725. Its friars attended, since then, the human and Christian formation of the most promising of society, the youth. It could be said that what Cehegín is today is due in large part to those innumerable countrymen who militated in the Antonian Youth. I will show only, and imaginatively, the photo and the memory of one of its most illustrious directors, who we will soon see on the altars: Father Antonio Faúndez, martyr of the last great religious persecution in Spain.
