Resumen
El estudio de las Ordenanzas locales de cada uno de los pueblos que componen la realidad peninsular ha sido una labor interdisciplinar desde sus inicios. Con el paso del tiempo, este análisis incluyó la labor de los historiadores. En este caso, se intenta dar a conocer las Ordenanzas que fueron promulgadas en Cehegín en relación con la defensa de su huerta, haciéndose alusión a los cultivos que se trataban, las formas de intercambio y el tránsito entre las diferentes almunias, entre otros ítems.

Abstract
The study of the local ordinances of each of the towns that make up the peninsular reality has been an interdisciplinary task since its beginnings. Over time, this analysis has included the work of historians. In this case, an attempt is made to provide information on the Ordinances that were enacted in Cehegín in relation to the defence of its market gardens, alluding to the crops that were grown, the forms of exchange and the transit between the different almunias, among other items.
