Resumen
En este artículo se ha hecho un análisis del Antiguo Régimen centrado en el centralismo y justicia, el nuevo orden racional y razonado del Renacimiento, los cambios administrativos, entre otros aspectos de la época de Felipe II donde los soberanos se hacen con el control de todos los recursos del poder, sobre todo económico y militar y procuran dominar la ideología que subyace a las decisiones.

Abstract
This article has analysed the Ancien Régime focusing on centralism and justice, the new rational and reasoned order of the Renaissance, the administrative changes, among other aspects of the time of Philip II where the sovereigns took control of all the resources of power, especially economic and military, and sought to dominate the ideology that underlay the decisions.
